Anxiety was my constant companion.

From early childhood to mid-30s. Anxiety, fear, panic attacks, and claustrophobia.

It impacted my work, social life, health and sleeping. Anxiety often dragged me from my sleep at 2am, heart racing, thoughts looping, and replaying conversations. Shame for the day before and fear for the next day.
